Refund & Return Policy

At BlackBird, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Certain items such as used products, damaged items caused by customer misuse, or customized products are not eligible for return or refund. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately with proper photos or videos for verification.
